Now that we have an idea of where childhood obesity begins and how it is a continuous problem let's make a difference and join others within our community to make a difference. How can we join such a big movement like Michelle Obama's "Lets Move?"

Let's Move meets up everywhere! When you go to http://www.letsmove.gov/ click on the "Join Us" link from there it will take you to a list of more than 300 cities in our nation! Pick your closest location. If your location has yet to get involved make one! Remember it begins with us.
